Hypnotherapy addresses the subconscious mind through hypnosis, to help you create positive outcomes and make the changes in your life that you wish to make.

Hypnosis empowers you to take back control of your life, feel resilient, more in tune with your body and mind and offers you tools that will help you in your daily life, no matter what the situation. Additionally, learning self-hypnosis enables you to continue that improvement.

Hypnosis is completely safe. All that you need to do is focus your attention on the suggestions made to you. You may be asked to follow an instruction, think about something particular or use your imagination.

The suggestions I use are derived from the information that you give me so that everything is fully personalised to your goals and the outcomes that you are looking for.

Sometimes you may be so deeply interested in what I say, and at other times your mind may wander off, and that is perfectly fine. You have full control of your own mind throughout hypnosis, and it is impossible to be ‘stuck’ in hypnosis. You might become aware of a profoundly heavy or light floaty feeling, a feeling of relaxation or feel dissociated, but there isn’t a specific ‘hypnotised feeling’.

Initial Session

In our first session, I will invite you to tell me about your specific concerns and what you are wanting to achieve from hypnosis, as well as to get a sense of who you are, and what is important to you.

Hypnosis is completely safe online. Sessions are usually between one to one and a half hours. To ensure total confidentiality, it is important that you are situated somewhere private in your home.

I would ask you to anchor your device safely so that you don’t need to hold it, sit somewhere you can be comfortable, have a pen and paper to hand should you require it, a cold drink if you would like, as well as a blanket should you feel cool.
